The four-section GMAT tests quantitative, verbal, integrated reasoning, and analytical writing skills in applicants to graduate business programs. Over 250,000 aspiring MBA or other graduate business degree students take the GMAT annually. The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) includes a number of items in its official GMAT score reports, but the composite score is the most meaningful and important number. GMAT total scores are based on the quantitative and verbal sections only and reported on a range of 200 to 800. Manhattan Review's GMAT coaching services use group test-taker data and individualized diagnostic evaluations to get a sense of the GMAT weaknesses and strengths of every test prep client. This allows us to integrate GMAT coaching that much more closely fits the specific testing demands of our students. Manhattan Review's GMAT teaching takes student engagement as its starting point, because engagement is a demand to truly effective learning. This is one of many reasons that we have a very rigorous screening process for our teacher applicants. Some competing test prep companies are only concerned with candidate test scores. At Manhattan Review, we understand that dedicated styles of instruction, elite academic backgrounds, and appealing personalities are all crucial to the best GMAT teaching and learning. Manhattan Review's course materials and methods of instruction have been devised by breaking down the exam in a comprehensive fashion and breaking it down into smaller pieces of information that can be more easily assimilated by students. No other test prep firm has committed more effort to the creation, implementation, and development of GMAT learning services.

GMAT Private Tutoring
This is just to let you know how I did in my GMAT. I got 710 overall, with my essays collectively graded at 5.5. I was quite pleased with my result. Please pass on my thanks to our instructor. I thought he was an excellent tutor and I enjoyed his approach to teaching the (invariably dry) subject matter.
