GRE Tutoring in Las Vegas (Nevada)

The Graduate Record Examination, or GRE, is perhaps one of the biggest challenges that prospective college students must overcome in order to get accepted into their school of choice. Not only are the students expected to take the GRE, but they must also perform well on the widely accepted standardized test. For some students, their traditional study strategies may be sufficient enough to help them achieve their goals on test day, but for many others, who perhaps never quite developed a solid study strategy or a successful one, will find that professional services may be necessitated to help them reach their goals on test day. At Manhattan Review, our private tutors can help you custom design your own learning plan that is guaranteed to help you achieve better results.

GRE Prep Course Las Vegas - Photo of Student Tamara

I would like to let you know that I took the GRE on Monday, December 6th and earned a score of 1200 (600 verbal, 600 quantitative). I think that I did very well on the essay portion of the test as well but won't receive those scores in the mail for a couple weeks or so. I would like to thank my instructor (George S.) and Manhattan Review for helping me to increase my score so much (I got a 1050 the first time I took the GRE in 2002) Thank you very much.

Meet a Las Vegas GRE Tutor: Tricia S.

Growing up in the pacific west, Tricia always had dreams of becoming a big time designer. The only problem was, design wasn't as big a deal in her hometown of West Yellowstone, which was why the young designer hopeful made it her mission to move on upon completion of her undergraduate education to a place where she could eventually forge a worthwhile career in her chosen field. That she did. After acing the GRE and getting accepted into the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, Tricia moved the city with bright lights and began to simultaneously pursue a career in design while working on acquiring a Masters degree in Business. With her steadfast determination and perseverance, Tricia did indeed accomplish both goals, which is how she landed a coveted position with a design firm that has worked with nearly all of the biggest names in hotels and casinos in Vegas.

To add to her list of accomplishments, Tricia is also one of our outstanding GRE test prep private tutors at Manhattan Review. Since joining our team nearly five years ago, Tricia has been instrumental in passing on the knowledge and skills that we tout as a winning formula for GRE testing success as well as those that she has learned in the field. Our students love working with the former Montana native turned big city dweller, because not only is she one of the most down-to-earth people that you will ever meet, but she has an incredible humility about herself that makes her students feel quite comfortable approaching her about their own academic and professional conundrums. In her spare time, Tricia is known to run into her students as she enjoys playing tourist in her hometown of the last seven years, still taking every opportunity to learn as much as she can about the City of Las Vegas.
