Graduate education is increasingly necessary in the modern economy, and with automation and outsourcing, graduate-level skills and knowledge will almost certainly become even more essential to career and economic stability. Statistics from a variety of reliable sources show that holders of graduate degrees can expect to receive better job prospects and higher salaries. Although some fields have greater demand than others, it is safe to say that career benefits accrue to almost anyone who completes postgraduate education, regardless of his or her profession. For students who graduate from "blue chip" schools with prestige and name recognition, the rewards of graduate study can be much higher than for alumni of lesser programs. Rigorous GRE prep is therefore one of the soundest investments a student can make in his or her future. The relatively small output of time, money, and effort will eventually be rewarded with more fulfilling career options and greater lifetime earnings.
The list of universities to which Manhattan Review's past GRE students have been accepted is both long and impressive. Our past test prep clients in Kiev and other cities have gained admission to great schools such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford, Princeton, Yale, Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Virginia, the University of California-Berkeley, Vanderbilt, Georgetown, Duke, Brown, Columbia, Dartmouth, Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, Johns Hopkins, and many more. Some of our former clients are now fully engaged in rewarding careers at Kiev companies, such as Astelit Mobile Communications, State Savings Bank of Ukraine, Ukrtelecom, BG Capital, and Aeros. Others have accepted lucrative positions at Fortune 500 firms, including Archer Daniels Midland, Lockheed Martin, Walgreens Boots Alliance, United Continental Holdings, Prudential Financial, and JP Morgan Chase. Our GRE teaching has also helped our clients secure the necessary training for careers in the public sector, as educators, civil servants, advocates, or researchers. Meet a Kiev GRE Tutor: Ashley F.
Ashley F. is originally from Frankfort, Kentucky, where she was a National Merit Scholar and her high school class valedictorian. She is a career Foreign Service officer who has been teaching GRE prep on a part-time basis since 2008, and she served as a GRE instructor in New York, London, Berlin, and Paris before relocating to Kiev in the latter part of 2017.
Ashley holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, and she also earned a master's degree from the University of Virginia. Her broad knowledge of history, politics, and culture endears her to GRE students both in classroom and individual settings, and she is regarded as a GRE educator of rare ability. Ashely is a dedicated fan of the University of Kentucky's basketball team (although she is conflicted if they play the Georgetown Hoyas).
