Meet a Gainesville GRE Tutor: James R.
James grew up in Dallas and then moved to Gainesville after finishing his education at Southern Methodist University. He started tutoring students in Dallas but continued to work as a tutor for standardized tests such as the GRE with Manhattan Review when he moved to the Gainesville area for career reasons. James enjoys tutoring students and has found that it is a great way to connect with them and help them improve their academic skills.
James' teaching strategies help students understand the GRE material and connect it to their studies and interests in a way that makes understanding and excelling on the GRE meaningful and helpful. In his free time, he likes to go to fairs and festivals in the Gainesville area and spend time with his family. He also enjoys following the Florida Gators sports teams.
