Meet a Chicago LSAT Tutor: Rebecca B.
Rebecca came face to face with the LSAT exam while getting her Bachelor of Arts at Duke University. She had dabbled in a tireless variety of subjects in an effort to choose her major – Linguistics, Philopshy, Slavic History, Film Studies, even Astronomy. Next Rebecca considered her future as a law student and applied for law school. It made sense for this student, after all. She had honed her logic skills for years on the high school debate team. She was an avid reader with a concentration in English Language and Lit as well as History. Rebecca will tell you that she read a new textbook each week during her rigorous undergraduate academic career.
As a result of this experience, she scored a 178 on the exam and went on to law school in Charlottesville, Virginia, at the University of Virginia. Throughout school, Rebecca supplemented her tuition by tutoring, which helped her partner up with Manhattan Review. As an LSAT teacher in Chicago, she can combine her experience teaching with her test-taking success and passion for logical argument. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys playing the violin and tending a garden capable of sustaining the cold, windy winters in Chicago.
