I highly recommend Manhattan Review's TOEFL preparation course for anybody interested in taking the exam. I took an intensive course and took the exam only after 4 weeks of classes, and got a 116 score. The teaching method is excellent. It focuses on techniques and strategies that allow students to understand exactly what is required to succeed on examination day. Tutors are very flexible and willing to adapt to the student's schedule, as well as reachable and always ready to help and follow up on whatever the student might need.

Meet a Dubai TOEFL Tutor: Brian P.

Brian worked for a major financial institution in the United States that led to a series of international transfers. He set up shop in a British office, followed by a longer trek to Tokyo, and then rounded out this reach to the United Arab Emirates. An alumnus of Dartmouth College, Brian proved himself to be a tech-savvy Web wizard. He double majored in Economics and English and found part-time work fixing laptops and tutoring his fellow students on various subjects. He received his MA in Economics from Boston College, taking in the opportunity to breathe in more of that fresh New England air. Finally, armed with his distinguished diplomas, he waltzed down to Wall Street in New York City to make a name for himself.

Once Brian realized his stay in Dubai would be more long-term, he decided to plant himself some roots. This is both figuratively and literally speaking, as Brian loves nature and the outdoors. He says that it's therapeutic to garden and loves planting trees, especially Leyland Cypresses and Jane Magnolias, while spending time outdoors. This is a great relaxation activity considering he's also enrolled in the Middle East Campus of Hult International Business School while working with Manhattan Review as a private tutor for the TOEFL. Brian has had direct contact with this exam and easily communicates to students how to approach each core area of curriculum. If you want to learn with the one-on-one support of a highly trained educator, Brian is laid back enough to set you at ease but also has the discipline and drive to achieve rigorous results. Let Brian –with a "B" for Botanist, Brain, and Business Man–put his skill set to work for your future.
