TOEFL Prep Course Austin - Photo of Student Virginia

I highly recommend Manhattan Review's TOEFL preparation course for anybody interested in taking the exam. I took an intensive course and took the exam only after 4 weeks of classes, and got a 116 score. The teaching method is excellent. It focuses on techniques and strategies that allow students to understand exactly what is required to succeed on examination day. Tutors are very flexible and willing to adapt to the student's schedule, as well as reachable and always ready to help and follow up on whatever the student might need.

Meet an Austin TOEFL Tutor: Marie H.

Marie is a proud Richmond Spider, having been part of the class of 2010 at the University of Richmond. While in Richmond, she discovered why they say that Virginia is for lovers; Marie fell in love, and the man happened to be a Texan. Eager to explore more of the United States, Marie followed him down south, and fell in love all over again. She applied to the University of Texas at Austin right away, and was overjoyed when she was accepted.

However, the application process had started her thinking. While she was glad to have gotten into the school of her choice, she thought back to those several months not long ago of studying. She also thought back to her time at UofR, helping her fellow students in the Academic Skills Center to strengthen their weak points. That's when Marie came to Manhattan Review. She combines her vivacious and magnetic personality with her passion for helping students, and her end-of-course reviews reflect that Marie's methods work.

When she's not in the classroom, Marie can be found in her big backyard with all her Texas friends, having a barbeque by the pool, or watching horror movies.
