TOEFL Prep Courses in Berlin

Berlin students seeking to enter undergraduate or graduate programs in the English-speaking world must usually submit scores for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Non-native English speakers can considerably ease their entrance into these programs by passing this test, and they can avoid expensive and time-consuming remedial English courses or other admission problems. Manhattan Review is an international test prep company that offers all of the necessary TOEFL services right in Berlin, including on-site or online TOEFL prep classes, TOEFL private tutoring, and TOEFL practice tests. Manhattan Review has been teaching students in Europe, Asia, and North America how to pass the TOEFL since 1999, and our company has always focused on the international market for test preparation services. We therefore have more experience teaching international students than any other company, and can offer better service than test prep organizations mainly devoted to students in the United States. Learn more about why we are the best TOEFL prep option in Berlin by contacting us today.

TOEFL requirements at American universities range from nominal to highly rigorous. California State University San Bernardino grants TOEFL waivers for students who have attended an English-language secondary school for at least three years. For students who do not meet the waiver criteria, the minimum TOEFL score is just 61, or slightly more than 50% of the maximum possible score. Conversely, all graduate applicants to Princeton University who are not native English speakers must submit TOEFL scores. The only exceptions are for students who completed their undergraduate degrees in selected English-speaking countries (and these students would almost certainly have taken the TOEFL already). Minimum scores are set by individual graduate programs at Princeton, and are generally high. The Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs, for example, requires a 100, and the average score for international graduate students accepted to the Department of Computer Science was 108.

Manhattan Review's TOEFL prep courses and private tutoring efficiently guide our students to the TOEFL scores they require. Our TOEFL clients have been accepted to undergraduate and graduate programs at Oxford, Harvard, the London School of Economics, Princeton, Stanford, the University of London, the University of Edinburgh, and many more of the top universities in the English-speaking world. After graduation, our past TOEFL students have either remained in the countries where they studied or returned to their countries in origin, and have been successful in either case. They've become respected professionals at Fortune 500 companies, including Berkshire Hathaway, Archer Daniels Midland, Prudential Financial, and Wells Fargo, or at Berlin companies such as Epigenomics AG, FontShop, GameDuell, and Helpling. Our former students have also distinguished themselves in the public sector, at educational institutions, foundations for scientific research, and philanthropic organizations worldwide. Undergraduate and graduate education leads to a prosperous future. Let Manhattan Review's TOEFL prep services in Berlin help you establish yourself as a university student in the English-speaking world.
