Its location on the intersection of the Mississippi River and the Gulf of Mexico makes New Orleans a melting pot on its own and today, the 5th largest port in the United States. Home to the Fortune 500 Company, Entergy, a nuclear power plant operation, New Orleans houses numerous businesses either headquartered or with significant operations in the city such as AT&T, Capital One, IBM and Pan American Life Insurance. GMAT Prep Course New Orleans - Photo of Student Sahil

...Thanks so much for you help! The 80 point improvement was fabulous! I wished I had hit the 700 mark, but 680 is around the 90% mark, so it should be okay......The Manhattan Review course not only focuses students upon solving complicated quantitative and verbal problems, but also prepares students for a range of cognitive failures that the GMAT exploits and few books address...

Meet a New Orleans Tutor: Hank D.

Graduating from Stanford in Computer Science and Engineering, Hank's first love has always been teaching Calculus. For more than ten years, Hank worked as a Calculus tutor at his alma matter before moving to New Orleans where he fell in love with Jazz and the Creole food downtown. He teaches his students intricate mathematical formulas during the day and in his free time he walks the Crescent City Connection bridge to enjoy the New Orleans downtown culture.

Hank is extremely familiar with standardized exams utilized by the finest universities and graduate programs across the country. Having been a tutor for over a decade, Hank is well versed in the GMAT, GRE, SAT and LSAT. He teaches strategies that helped himself succeed on the GMAT, on which he placed in the 99th percentile and scored an impressive 770 with a 50 in Quantitative and a 49 in Verbal.

Hank has a true passion for teaching and helping in any way he can to ensure students are prepared for their specific test. He can quickly assess each student's weaknesses, or concerns, and find a way to, not only increase their knowledge in the subject area, but their overall confidence as well. Hank's students often say his individual attention was the difference maker in their high percentile exam score.
