LinkedIn has taken down the company page of the fake Manhattan Review in India because of trademark infringement. Kudos to the LinkedIn staff for protecting customers from being ripped off by the impostors in Hyderabad!

X (formally known as Twitter) has suspended two accounts impersonating Manhattan Review. We would like to thank the staff at X for taking swift action to ensure that students are not mislead by these substandard fake offerings.

Refunds on course fees paid to the fake Manhattan Review

We have been asked multiple times if we can help to claim back course fees paid to the entity posing as Manhattan Review in India. The short answer is yes, we can and will help you get your money back. If you believe that you signed up with an entity that is itself or affiliated with Manhattan Review Inc. headquartered in New York City, e.g. the real Manhattan Review, all fees you paid are refundable, even though the impostors might try to claim otherwise at first. Instagram pulls the plug on fake Manhattan Review Page

Instagram has ruled in favor of Manhattan Review Inc's request to remove the counterfeit Manhattan Review page on their platform due to trademark infringement. Kudos to the Meta/Instagram Team for acting swiftly on this matter and doing their part to avoid customers being tricked into signing up for what they believe to be a Manhattan Review course. With the continued assistance and cooperation from entities like Instagram, we hope to eradicate any future chances of imposter companies like this to dupe students into fraudulent services.

Facebook takes down fake Manhattan Review Page

After a short, but thorough investigation into the Facebook page of the Manhattan Review Imposter, Facebook has ruled in favor of removing it from its social media platform due to trademark infringement. Manhattan Review, Inc. is indebted to to the Facebook team for the immediate action that was taken and its adherence to and protection of original intellectual property. This event marks one step in the right direction for ensuring that students are not misled into purchasing fraudulent standardized testing preparation courses.

It has come to our attention that a scam operation poses as Manhattan Review in India. Customers are warned that this is not a sanctioned operation by Manhattan Review New York, so you will not get the quality instruction that is generally associated with Manhattan Review. Further, this fraudulent entity has started to offer "franchise opportunities." Please note that you are very likely to lose all investment if you engage with such a counterfeit operation that has no right to use the Manhattan Review name.
