Waller: We are called to rebuild a length of field wall when it comes down, and our rebuilt lengths come down again far more often, length for length, than lengths nobody has touched. It is not the walling. The same men took down and rebuilt two hundred metres of standing wall when the lane was widened, stone by stone, and that stretch has stood as well as any wall here.
