Since the Ossaly Aquarium replaced its paper ticket forms with the Kelvaine online booking system in March, the number of visits it records as made by family groups has fallen by more than half. Over the same period the aquarium's total admissions rose to the highest level in its history, and entrance staff report no change in the sorts of visitors coming through the doors.
