A translation project requires exactly 720 hours of work in total. Every translator hired works the same number of hours, and all of them work side by side, so the project runs for as many hours as each translator works and their hours add up to 720. Each translator is paid a flat fee of 50 dollars, and for the whole time the project runs the firm rents a shared workspace at 10 dollars per hour, whatever the size of the team.
If the fees and the rent together come to exactly 1,300 dollars, what is the greatest number of translators the firm could hire?
