A school district collected feedback from 200 parents about four different after-school program categories. For each program a parent could choose "Strongly Support", "Support", "Neutral" or "Oppose", or could skip that program and give no rating at all. No parent gave more than one rating to a single program, and the programs were rated independently of one another. The table shows, for each program, the percentage of all 200 parents who chose each rating.
