A shop sells loose tea in two grades, a house grade and a reserve grade, each at its own fixed price per kilogram. Last month, for every $3$ kilograms of the house grade the shop sold, it sold $2$ kilograms of the reserve grade, and its revenue averaged $34$ dollars per kilogram over all the tea it sold. The reserve grade costs $15$ dollars more per kilogram than the house grade. What is the price, in dollars per kilogram, of the reserve grade?
