A national library consortium tracks daily system-downtime hours across its digital catalogs. The table shows, for each of 10 library branches and each of 8 system modules, the average (arithmetic mean) number of hours of downtime per day over a multi-year monitoring period. For example, during this period, the Clearwater branch's search engine module averaged 1.6 hours of downtime per day. Assume downtime hours are integer numbers per day, and averages may reflect rounding.
