Each weekday (Monday through Friday), Karan will choose one of two workout types for that day: strength training or yoga. To decide which training to choose, he uses a specially made coin with a single "heads" face on one side and a single "tails" face on the other side---landing heads with probability 2/3 and landing tails with probability 1/3. If the coin lands heads, he will choose strength training, and if the coin lands tails, he will choose yoga. Karan calculates the probability that, within this 5-day workweek, either he does strength training on 3 consecutive days or he does yoga on 3 consecutive days. This probability was \(p\) divided by \(q\).

Select for \(p\) and for \(q\) values jointly consistent with the given information. Make only two selections, one in each column.
