A garden cooperative ships seedling trays in two crate sizes: a large crate holds exactly 13 trays and a small crate holds exactly 8 trays. For one order the cooperative packed 196 trays, filled every crate it used to capacity, used at least one crate of each size, and used fewer than 20 crates altogether.
