Meet a Manhattan Tutor: Stephen B.

Stephen has been exposed to several standardized exams, and he's had a natural ability to knock his scores out of the ballpark. After he brought home a perfect score on the SAT, he took a scholarship to study at NYU and live amid the trendy sights and sounds of Greenwich Village. Stephen graduated with a degree in Engineering and paid the rent on his studio apartment by tutoring Calculus and other math subjects. After exploring several educational paths, Stephen hungrily devoured the GMAT and the GRE, achieving high scores in each.

As it turned out, Stephen would use his impressive 770 on the GMAT (that's 50 in Quantitative and 49 in Verbal), bringing this 99th percentile score to business school at Columbia University. Stephen's current goal is to leverage his MBA to open a niche Engineering business based on the cook-ready containers you'll find in the grocery store. Stephen has acquired several years experience tutoring for the SAT, GRE, and GMAT. When he's not cooking in revolutionary containers, you may find this born-and-raised New Yorker at a robotics tournament or a pho restaurant.
