SOIL (School of Inspired Leadership)

SOIL offers two Post Graduate Programs in Leadership. The programs are comparable to regular two year full time MBA programs offered by business schools across the world:

o HR Leadership Program – fresh graduate/ working professionals (one yr full time)
o Business Leadership Program – at least 5yr of work experience (one yr full time)

This network of accomplished professionals would help impart overall direction to curriculum design, participate in the admission process, review the quality of teaching, learning & industry Research and lead the placement process.  45 NGOs have so far signed up with whom our students will be working one day in a
week for Social Advancement and Environmental issues. . More NGOs are likely to sign
up with SOIL.

 All Candidates applied need to undergo “Caliper” test which provide with insights into an individual's Leadership Profile including creative competency, emotional competency, Problem solving competency, influencing competency, etc. and to develop an objective perspective on an applicant's strengths and areas for development. The report of the test will be shared to every applicant for free (Otherwise this test costs around $200)
