Other Practice Methods

I've never been into sitting down and taking practice tests, especially on my own. Are there some other ways besides practice tests that I can work on my TOEFL Listening score? It needs help.

Lots can be done beyond practice exercises. As with the development of language skills, in general, it’s great to read and listen. For the Listening Section in particular we recommend that you: Watch films, listen to the news, radio shows, and television. Also talk with native speakers and listen actively while you converse.
