How many three-digit numbers are there, so that each is evenly divisible by 7?
 105
 111
 127
 128
 142

Follow these 4 easy steps:
 Find the closest multiples of 7 WITHIN the range (994 and 105)
 Find their positive difference (889)
 Divide by 7 (889/7 = 127)
 Add 1 (128)

In this case, however, we can also divide 900 by 7 and get 128 - the answer we need.
The correct answer is D. Anyway I didn’t catch why. I tought that we must find all multiples of 14 within 1-1000. where am I wrong?

evenly divisble means divisble with no remainder. For example 9 is (evenly) divisble by 3.
