What exactly is on the TOEFL exam? What are the sections covered by the exam? Does it require writing, or is it multiple choice?

TOEFL iBT includes 4 sections: reading, listening, writing, and speaking. The first two sections are multiple choice. The last two sections are not. The writing section involves two written essays, and the speaking section involves verbal responses (recorded on the computer) to six questions.
